Reduce the work behind routine customer requests

Utility customer service depends on accurate customer, address, and meter information. Entering and verifying those details manually creates work each time a customer joins, moves, or changes a service.

SK Forsyning needed to simplify these recurring tasks and make more of the process available through connected services.

Connect validation, payments, and self-service

Langstack connected customer information with relevant data sources, including company and address registers and Energinet DataHub. Automated enrichment reduced the need to enter and check the same information by hand.

An API supported direct-debit registration, while a customer-facing flow enabled self-service address changes. These capabilities brought routine administrative steps into a more connected customer process.

Less manual entry and verification

SK Forsyning reduced manual data entry and verification by 81%.

Automated data handling and self-service gave the operation a simpler way to manage recurring customer tasks, with less work required behind each interaction.
