Turn customer understanding into lasting value
Understand the whole relationship
Connect calls, messages, transcripts, service history, and product usage. Identify needs, unresolved issues, and changes in sentiment alongside what customers actually do.
Identify churn risk early
Use behavioural changes, renewal signals, and conversation insights to estimate the risk of leaving or becoming inactive. Surface the factors behind the risk so your team can respond to the cause.
Estimate long-term customer value
Assess future value alongside margin, cost to serve, and the cost of an intervention. Decide where additional attention can support a lasting, commercially healthy relationship.
Choose a relevant retention action
Resolve a service issue, improve onboarding, revisit product fit, or prepare a renewal. Weigh the expected benefit, intervention cost, and timing alongside customer needs, contact rules, and capacity. A high churn score alone does not identify the right response; waiting may be appropriate.
Support the conversation that matters
Give your team relevant history, product knowledge, and next-step guidance during retention conversations on supported channels. Connect agreed actions to owners and follow-up workflows.
Learn what builds lasting value
Connect interventions with retention, repeat purchases, customer experience, and margin over time. Evaluate what makes a difference and identify relevant opportunities to develop the relationship.
Understand the risk. Respond to the reason
A drop in usage, an unresolved issue, or a change in a conversation can signal different needs. Combine relationship context with risk, lifetime value, and the expected benefit and cost of an intervention to choose a useful response. Sometimes that means better service or a better-fitting product; sometimes it means giving the customer time.

A foundation for Zero Trust
Zero Trust makes access explicit, limited and subject to reassessment. Langstack’s identity and networking controls provide a foundation for applying these principles to applications, models and agents.
Explore Security- Explicit verification
- Verify identities and authorize access to each resource. Reassess access as context and security signals change.
- Least-privilege access
- Grant users, workloads and agents only the access their task requires. An agent’s decision to use a tool does not itself grant permission.
- Assume breach
- Design for the possibility that a workload or identity is compromised. Isolate workloads, limit lateral access, and monitor activity to help contain the impact.
“At-risk customer segments were quickly identified, and churn in those segments was reduced by more than 65%.”
