Langstack

Help enterprises turn their knowledge and ambition into lasting value

At Langstack we build the technology that lets enterprises own and operate their intelligence. We work across infrastructure, knowledge, AI, and autonomous systems to solve business-critical problems in the digital and physical world.

What you’ll help build

Our work spans three connected areas. Each contributes to the same goal: giving enterprises the capability to solve problems that matter with intelligence they own.

Platform engineering

Make complex infrastructure simple to use. Build the interfaces, deployment workflows, and controls that let enterprises run applications and AI on infrastructure they choose.

Applied AI

Make models useful with enterprise knowledge. Build retrieval and inference workflows, evaluate their performance, and help agents act reliably within clear boundaries.

Forward deployed engineering

Turn a customer’s business problem into a working solution. Connect systems, build workflows, and bring them into daily use alongside the people who depend on them.

Down to earth. Ambitious about the work

We’re a company based in Copenhagen. We value craftsmanship, open-mindedness, and empathy for the people using what we build. Meet the team.

Stay close to the problem
Understand the workflow and the people using it. Connect what you build to a concrete problem, and check whether the result helps in practice.
Build with precision
Make your reasoning clear, discuss technical trade-offs, and test the assumptions that matter. Take responsibility for how your contribution works within the wider system.
Learn and share
Use AI tools thoughtfully and evaluate their output. Share what you learn from code reviews, experiments, and real use so the next solution starts from a stronger foundation.
