Put knowledge to work

Continuous learning and improvement

Knowledge your solutions can build on

Model your business

Organise knowledge around the customers, products, contracts, assets, and processes that matter to you. Connect their properties and relationships in a model your solutions can share.

Connect information across systems

Bring structured data, documents, messages, media, and sensor signals into shared context. Connect sources through Langstack identities and relate information to the business it describes.

Define shared business meaning

Give your solutions a common understanding of business terms, definitions, and rules. Connect that meaning to relevant information, so context can be reused across teams and applications.

Retrieve context and discover relationships

Combine semantic similarity, keywords, and graph relationships to find context for a task. Explore explicit and inferred connections across your enterprise knowledge.

Keep knowledge current and cumulative

Update knowledge as connected sources change. Preserve outcomes, experience, reusable tools, and skills, so each solution can build on what the business has already learned.

Govern access to enterprise knowledge

Define which people, applications, and agents may use knowledge resources. Apply access rules to retrieval so a shared understanding of the business stays within the permissions you set.

Put your enterprise knowledge to work

Your infrastructure. Your choice

Connect your own infrastructure or provision it through Langstack. Choose the environment that fits your workloads, while keeping control of your data and ownership of what you build.

Understanding enterprise knowledge for AI

How is an enterprise ontology different from a document index?

An ontology relates information to business concepts such as customers, assets, contracts, and processes. A document index helps locate content; the shared business model adds relationships and meaning that applications, models, and agents can reuse.

How do knowledge graphs and hybrid RAG work together?

Langstack Knowledge combines semantic similarity, keyword retrieval, and graph relationships to find relevant context. Retrieval can use both the content of a record and its connections to other information, within the access scopes defined for the requesting application or agent.

What does connected knowledge look like in practice?

For Danish Red Cross, Langstack consolidated donation data into a shared view of donors that could support more relevant communication.

A foundation for Zero Trust

Control which people, applications, and agents can access your enterprise knowledge. Apply access scopes when information is retrieved, supported by Langstack’s identity and networking controls.

Explore Security
Explicit verification
Verify identities and authorize access to each resource. Reassess access as context and security signals change.
Least-privilege access
Grant users, workloads and agents only the access their task requires. An agent’s decision to use a tool does not itself grant permission.
Assume breach
Design for the possibility that a workload or identity is compromised. Isolate workloads, limit lateral access, and monitor activity to help contain the impact.
