Langstack is an operating stack for the digital and physical world that unifies infrastructure, organizational knowledge, AI models, and autonomous agents in one secure environment.

We’ve been around for more than a decade, but in many ways we’re still a startup. We’ve raised €1.8M over the years and became profitable several years ago.

Why consider Langstack

As a Student Software Engineer, you’ll join a small international team of driven, enthusiastic, and friendly people with an average age closer to 50 than 25. A few of us began our computing journeys with a Commodore PET, while others started on an Amiga 500, to provide some context.

Your role will span our key business functions:

• In our consulting team, you’ll develop solutions for our large customers in the energy, telecom, and financial sectors using TypeScript, Python, and, of course, Langstack.
• In our product team, you’ll develop new features using React and Node.js for the Langstack product line.

Qualifications

• Nearing completion of a bachelor’s degree or actively pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline, or holding equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, preferably with backend development experience using Node.js, Java, or C#
• A solid understanding of web development and REST-based application design, with a proven track record of building single-page applications using React, Next.js, or Angular
• Familiarity with version control systems
• A strong grasp of data structures and data processing
• A systematic, well-structured approach and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Danish and residency in Denmark are a plus
