International strategy and advisory experience
At McKinsey & Company, Jesper advised clients worldwide, with international postings in Chicago and Sweden among others. His work covered business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and complex management challenges. He later joined Accenture as a Senior Manager in its Danish strategy practice, leading client projects.
Building and developing software businesses
Over more than ten years at TIA Technology, Jesper served as a partner, CEO, and CFO. As CEO, he led the sale of a majority stake in the insurance software company. He subsequently held COO roles at Sproom and Assurator and was involved in exits at both companies.
Across these roles, his responsibilities included operations, commercial development, and finance. At Assurator, he worked on the commercialization of insurance software and led customer implementation projects, combining business development with delivery.
Connecting ambition with delivery at Langstack
Jesper joined Langstack as COO in 2017. He brings the perspective of both an adviser and an operator, with experience of enterprise decision-making, software commercialization, and the practical demands of implementation.
That combination is central to Langstack’s approach: connecting business understanding with the engineering needed to put applications and AI to work. The ambition is to help enterprises solve important problems with intelligence they own, building solutions they can operate, improve, and keep building on.
